Teri Rueb

Teri Rueb completed her doctorate at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 2011, where jerresearch focused on constructions of landscape and subjectivity produced at the liminal thresholds of potential network connectivity.  Since then she has launched a new lab at the University at Buffalo called Open Air Institute which serves as a platform for connecting field-based learning and collaborative partnerships at the intersection of landscape, ecology, media, art and design.  Collaborators include the Arnold Arboretum and metaLab at Harvard University, and the PhoneLab in Computer Science and Engineering at the University at Buffalo.  She is also currently working with the Tuscarora Nation on projects related to culture and language revitalization.
