Census data affects funding for services and programs across healthcare, education, housing, transportation and more. Neighborhoods where individuals are "undercounted" can lose resources, programs, and political representation.
How can your organization or group take action on Census 2020? What can you do to help "get out the count"?
This summer, Partnership for the Public Good will offer three workshops on Census 2020. Join us to learn more about what's new in Census 2020 and how to overcome concerns and barriers to reach a complete count. Together we will explore strategies and action steps to "get out the count" next year.
Wednesday, July 17, 12:30pm-2pm
Wednesday, July 31, 12:30pm-2pm, or
Wednesday, August 14, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Lunch/dinner will be provided. RSVP to pick your session to anna@ppgbuffalo.org.
All three workshops will present the same content, so select the workshop that is most convenient for your schedule! All workshops are free and open to the public and will take place in the Buffalo Commons Classroom at 617 Main Street, Floor 3R.
