Nathan Feist

Nathan Feist is a paralegal, researcher, and policy analyst. He serves on the board of directors of the social welfare organization Our City Action Buffalo and is a legal observer with the National Lawyers Guild Buffalo Chapter. Nathan has worked with the East Side Parkways Coalition on its successful lawsuit against the Kensington Expressway Project and with Liberation for One, Liberation for All ("LOLA Buffalo") on its ongoing lawsuit against a planned "cop city" on the East Side of Buffalo.
 
In 2026, Nathan was appointed to the Buffalo City Court Housing Advisory Council and built a PPG policy plank coalition that successfully lobbied the City of Buffalo Charter Revision Commission to submit a ballot measure to establish a Buffalo Commission on Human Rights. In 2025, he served on Mayor Sean Ryan's Transition Team and the Buffalo Board of Education's School Closure Committee. Nathan is a graduate of Cornell University and lives in Buffalo's Hamlin Park Historic District.
